Experience : 1-3 years

Candidates should have good working knowledge of regular core HR activity
Profile details –
Working in Corporate and Centralized team , co-ordination with 5 plants at different location in India
Brief – Policy preparation, training Co-ordination, MIS preparation, HR System implementation, korean expat management, payroll, Performance Appraisal, etc.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Candidate should be better team player, carrying out various functions within the department.

Desired Candidate Profile
Post-Graduates with Good Knowledge,
working exposure on Excel, able to submit MIS on time, good communication skills and who are proactive will be considered.
Knowledge of regular compliances is also required.

Candidate have worked with manufacturing, Auto, industry will be preferred
